Last weekend my family and I enjoyed a Gung Fu Tea Ceremony for the first time. Gung Fu is a type of Chinese tea ceremony used for tasting Oolong teas. I highly recommend you try this if you have get a chance, there are a lot tools required so you will probably have to seek out a tea house or someone with their own set.
